Graceful Gifts & Personalization’s Domestic Shipping Policy:

Below you will find the shipping options I provide at checkout. Be sure to keep an eye out on your email as if there are any detailed information needed to process your customized gifts or a high volume of orders you can expect an email coming from myself (gracefulgiftsllc@gmail.com)

Processing times very from week to week therefor I give a very WIDE guestimate ETA of 7-15 but you will receive a better estimated ETA at checkout.

Be sure you’re ordering in advance as everything sold on this website is personalized and handmade by myself only. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR AN EVENT LAST MIN. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIX ANY ERRORS THAT ARISE WITHOUT PROPER TIME. For example, if your order is expected to arrive on Thursday and your event is on Saturday and one of your personalized items arrives with a typo, I’d be happy to replace the item but it would not arrive by Saturday .

Shipping options provided at checkout include

-USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (2-5 days depending on your region)

-FREE SHIPPING is only provided for paper/sticker products. These are processed in the order they are received and mailed out in a regular envelope with regular postage stamp. The shipping timeframe for this varies depending on your region. You will not receive a tracking # but if you prefer to receive a tracking # you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to include tracking for $4

-OR- “RUSHED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING” this option is a $35 or more charge to advance your processing time. My turn around changes weekly, usually orders are prepared within 7-14 days but when purchasing the Rushed Processing & Shipping I will begin preparing your order along side of the current orders I am processing then I will ship with priority shipping as soon as your order is packaged. Leaving you to receive your order within 7 days. If I were to receive more than one Rushed Order request I will then begin to charge more for rushed shipping and add to my original processing ETA.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking: I will update you with shipment confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes: Graceful Gifts & Personalization is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Graceful Gifts & Personalization is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Debit and credit card payments are processed though my payment processor "Square"

I also offer Venmo payments, unfortunately this is not an automated option meaning you will need to gather my Venmo name, your order number & the amount you owe, go to your Venmo app and manually pay. Once I see the payment I will "🤍" your payment to let you know that I received it then I will make your order as PAID
