Graceful Gifts & Personalization’s Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing times

Processing times vary week to week. The estimated arrival time is 7 to 15 days, with a more specific estimate available at checkout.

Everything sold here is personalized and handmade. Please order in advance and do not place an order for a last-minute event. Grace will gladly replace an item with an error when possible, but a replacement may not arrive in time for a nearby event date.

Shipping options

USPS Ground Advantage takes 2 to 5 days depending on your region. Free shipping is available only for paper and sticker products and is sent in a regular envelope without tracking. Tracking may be added by upgrading shipping for $4.

Rushed Processing and Shipping is available for a $35 or higher charge. Turnaround changes weekly, but rushed orders are prepared alongside current orders and sent by priority shipping as soon as they are packaged. A higher rush charge may apply when multiple rush requests are received.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

Shipment confirmation and a tracking number are sent by email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Graceful Gifts & Personalization is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to an order. Fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Graceful Gifts & Personalization is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier or support team directly to file a claim, and keep all packaging material and damaged goods before filing.
